Terminal Bug?

When in full screen terminal (ALT+CTRL+F*)
Login ... ok no problem with the keys
Afterwards (in bash console), whenever I press backspace or tab it fills 3
little dots (each keypress)
It's very annoing, it'snot real dots (they don't affect my commands) but
fills my line by each keypress.
Any fix for this?
