Hi Gary,

If you have one machine with all the apps and codecs you require already
installed with the Spanish language packs you can use remastersys to
create a custom live DVD from that machine.  It will include all the apps and
configurations of the host machine.  Get remastersys through synaptic, run it
and select "Make a distributable copy to share with friends", then burn the iso.
It is a KDE app, so there may be a few library dependencies you have to
download, but it's bound to be a lot less than a full download of all the apps
and language packs.
