Hi Gary

If you can download the DVD version of Ubuntu, that contains the Spanish
language pack.  Go to

http://www.ubuntulinux.org/desktop/get-ubuntu/alternative-download#dvd

As it explains there, the main purpose of the DVD version is to include
more language packs.
