Deleted all the files from /usr/lib/apache2/modules directory!

aptitude reinstall apache2
If you have terminal access only (after reinstalling apache)
aptitude
Then you should be able to click browse the packages and find libapache2
modules you've installed (that aren't default) and mark them for
re-installation. Make sure to backup your configs before you reinstall
just in case it decides to overwrite them.
