Changing the Default Mount Point for an External USB Hard Drive

Hi All,
I have an external USB drive I keep connected to my Ubuntu Lucid box at all
times.
It gets automatically mounted under the /media folder.
I also have a /Data folder.
I'd like to change the default mount point for this specific drive to /Data,
without affecting the other USB devices (i.e.: other Disk on Key and such).
In other words - make it look like an internal regular Hard Drive.
