Hi Mathayo,

Codeweaver's CrossOver Office (http://www.codeweavers.com/) is a "user 
friendly" project built on top of wine -- it does a lot of the heavy 
lifting involved in getting MS Office to run for you.

Alternately, Open Office comes packaged with Ubuntu, and it does most of 
what MS Office does.
