As a BBS SysOp for a fair whack of time, I felt it absolutely necessary to 
force folks that dialed in to suck my files to do things my way, regardless of 
logic or practicality. They were MY BBS's and that's that. My business paid 
for them, and I never charged. Therefore, it was MY domain. I'd even poke my 
nose into FIDO gated crap to do exactly the same - just CUZ. Yeah. Love it! I 
also had a basic AI program (called Elisa) that sub'ed as my "SysOp Chat" 
function cuz I didn't want to listen to anyone complain about anything that 
wasn't THEIR way - or fit in their perception of status quo. In college - on 
the mainframes, we adhered to bottom posting and that was that. Nyah.
