Lucid LiveCD

     I d/l the real 10.04 .iso for a Desktop 64 bit version like I am 
now using. I made the cd-rom and ran it.
The way it starts out is simply stupid. A panel comes up with 2 
illegible things at the bottom of the screen. The first time I booted I 
just waited and after a few moments it came up as if it was going to 
install right now! I did not want that so I turned off the computer and 
tried again.

     The second time I hit the enter key when the empty panel came up. 
That got me some where and just poking around with no help I got the old 
good page where I could test the cd-rom. I did this and it tested good. 
So my problem is not a bad copy of 10.04.

     I think the LiveCD needs work before it will be useful.
