Ubuntu 10.04 problems

Intel graphics? It's totally broken in 10.04. I can't get my atom
powered wind pc to boot graphically....

To whom it may concern

Ubuntu 10.04 is not loading on Dell latitude D400........The previous
version ran perfectly....It get to the Ubuntu logo and then nothing.......

Hope you can help me out
