It should still act like it was paused and pick up where it left off
when later you resume.  I say, "should," because sometimes the
currently-downloading file will revert to the beginning of its download
although everything you have already gotten will still be there.  The
individual file problem doesn't happen ofter and it does seem to matter
(somewhat) how much of it has already downloaded.
