When will 10.4 will release?

Yes, in fact I plan on waiting some WEEKS as I don't feel like doing alot of 
extra work in setup for my systems!  There is ALWAYS a rush ("fools rush in") 
and there is ALWAYS a bunch of fixes the first week or so.  I want to see 
what troubles others are having upgrading directly from Hardy.  ;)  And I 
want to see if people who are running the same machine as I am are successful 
in their endeavors!!
