Correct. The option is System -> USB Startup Disk Creator.
I've used it many many times with good success. The program gives you
the option of creating a file system on your USB drive that will retain
some files and settings for you (i.e., you don't "lose everything" each
time you reboot with it).
Simply dd'ing the .iso to a USB drive probably won't work. :(
