Without knowing your level of knowledledge exactly, I believe Wubi
might be the easiest for you.

Instructions and etc. can be found at http://wubi-installer.org/

There are more technical way of doing it (i.e., netboot, grub) etc.
but those might be too confusing to start with.

Although you mentioned you want to do an installation without these
options, is there a particular problem you have with writing the ISO
image to a CD or placing it on a USB stick (see
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/FromUSBStick for help)?
