squid transparent proxy server: can't access local web server

Hello everyone,
i have a transparent squid proxy server. Here i will try to display the
scheme of networking


Internet -> Router -> Transparent Proxy (linux) -> Clients, Web server

When i try to access web server, no matter from network or internet - i
can't access it and i'm getting error

The following error was encountered:

   - * Unable to forward this request at this time. *

 This request could not be forwarded to the origin server or to any parent
caches. The most likely cause for this error is that:

   - The cache administrator does not allow this cache to make direct
   connections to origin servers, and
   - All configured parent caches are currently unreachable.
