because of syntax error, I had to use GUI -- see below:
c at c-desktop:~$ mv /home/c/OOo(3.2)/ /home/c/OOo3.2/
bash: syntax error near unexpected token `('
c at c-desktop:~$ cd
/home/c/OOo3.2.0/OOO320_m12_native_packed-1_en-US.9483/DEBS/
c at c-desktop:~/OOo3.2.0/OOO320_m12_native_packed-1_en-US.9483/DEBS$
