Info. on How to Install OOo v.3.2?

Hello everyone,

Sometime back I had to troubleshoot a problem with OOo and had to download
v.3.2.  Now, I THOUGHT that I had installed the sucker, but it seems that I
did not (Which may very well explain just how it is that I find myself
unable to install it currently!).  Where can I find instructions on how to
install a package?
