I found this site posted on Reddit.com.  Its URL is www.isendr.com.
Its not really a hosting service but a service that allows P2P
on-demand sharing of a file without uploading to a server.  You browse
to the site, select the file you want to share and send the URL to get
the file to the person you want send it to.  You MUST keep the browser
window open when you do this.  Any web browser with Flash can be used.

There is also Windows Live SkyDrive which gives you 25GB of free
storage, but I think they impose a individual file upload limit of
like 250 or 500MB.  I forget which.
