Why?  I like Karl.  Yes, sometimes (quite often) he says something
that just makes me sigh and shake my head, but let's face it...

Karl is 75 or so, and while he may or may not "get it" or whatever,
he's put quite a bit of effort into learning Linux and using Linux.

Hell, I'll be lucky to not be wearing diapers and crapping myself when
I'm 75, if I live that long.  And as he's an old-school Ham, he has
probably forgotten more about electronics and radio theory than I'll
ever even learn.

Yes, Karl can be a bit annoying sometimes, and, well, as Lucio says,
he has his Karl Moments (I like the way you put that) but I've got a
lot of respect for him just for those reasons.
