USB Disk: How to name the mount point "disk"

It seems there used to be an option in the Filesystem Properties dialog,
but I no longer see it on Ubuntu 9.10.  However, if the volume has
a label, that will be used instead the of the volume serial number.  You
can set a volume label using GParted, dosfslabel from dosfstools, or
mlabel from mtools.
