Mounting a Pentax Optio A30 Still Camera

Connect via the usb cable.
Go to a console.
Type 'dmesg'
Reply to this mail with the last few lines of the dmesg output.

Do the same with the output of 'lsusb -v'.


That information will help to determine if and how Linux sees your camera.
