automate apt-get update

I installed apticron on Debian.
It runs update, and sends me an email with a list of packages waiting for
update, and details (if available) of the bugs that were fixed in those
packages.

Apticron probably also exists for Ubuntu.


It will install an entry in one of the crontab files. There is no other way.
