first right?

I doubt that anyone on this list can offer any constructive suggestions
unless you provide at least: 1) what have you tried, 2) what are you
using now, 3) what alternatives are you looking at, 4) what are the
parties that you wish to talk to on the other end using, 5) are you only
looking to do speech, or do you require video as well?
