How to remove the package mouseemu on Lucid Lynx because keyboard doesn't respond.

Hello,

I instaled Ubuntu Lucid Lynx 10.04 Beta 1 again and I did updated the 
packages.

I did see mouseemu is not installed.

But the keyboard continues to freeze after restart, on the login screen.

Any ideas to solve this issue, please?
