Whenever you get msgs like this the most likely problem is that the
mirror server is in the process of updating, or hasn't sync'ed to the
main servers yet. Recommend that you wait for awhile and try again. Or,
change your repository source to the 'Main server':
System|Adminstration|Software Sources|Ubuntu Software| - Download from:
Main server.
