"Grub Error 17"

Hi, this error code fustrates me because I had try to go to grub menu, I can't, try to boot from Live CD, same error code, try to boot from USB (SuperGrubDisk), it can't. So I'm asking how DO I make this error code disappear? I was trying to restore my windows partition using testdisk but then I reboot the computer after its being written and then error code starts to appear. So anyone can help will be much delighted. I'm running a Sony VAIO model VGB B100B and its an hitachi 80GB HDD. So please post an answer.
