Ubuntu 9.04 64bit Dell Latitude D630 screen flickers on integrated intel GM965/GL960

Hello All,

I can't find any working solution to solve the problem with screen
flickering when notebook is running on batteries. The flickering is
random and I have also found when playing video, content is jumping in
window.

What can I do?
