I don't use a router, I plug my computer into the wall... literally.
Ethernet in da house! :)

But my gateway IP ends in .1 which is common.

The default route is indeed 64.71.11.1, then that gets broadcast over
the Net - 64.7.1.11.0 being the "internet" afailk.

Without a router and subnets and only one machine, this is a pretty
trivial setup to do.
