Well, it's fine to choose your own definitions, but it's a legal system, and 
you should probably use that system's own definition.  And by that system, 
while Microsoft has at times done things that were illegal, they have never 
yet been convicted of anything _criminal_.

And as Chris notes, by your chosen definition, I am a criminal.  If we're 
all criminals, there's really not much point in singling out one specific 
criminal.
