I'm Sure there is a better way but mine was when I installed Ubuntu for 
my daughter who didn't like it, was to save all her data to dvd and the 
just reinstall Windows. It can't stand any competition so it takes over 
the whole computer.  So then reinstall all the Data.   A couple hours 
but easy right up until you try to deal With Microsoft to get a key for 
the installation.   Thats a bit of a hassle.
