Thanks, but the defaults would put everything on the system disk and ignore the RAID array "disk" correct?  So, for example, if I build a database to store useful things and uses phpMyAdmin as a frontend, mySql and apache would be on the "system" disk, but I would want the data directories to be on the RAID array.  Since I am still learning, I don't know what those data directories are yet.
