Gnome Panel Issue

Hi,
I am using Ubuntu Netbook Remix with my Asus EEEPC 1000H. Today I locked my
screen and closed my Netbook's screen. So it automatically changed its mode
to Sleeping. When I logged on to the system, I saw that my Gnome Panel was
gone. Even I restarted the system, I couldn't bring the Gnome Panel back. So
what should I do to bring it back?
