He's using Exchange already. Exchange hardly works with anything that's
not Outlook. Outlook requires Windows.

I know this is a Ubuntu list. But, if he uses a Windows PC, too, the
above might well be the easiest solution. It's certainly the easiest
I've found, and the one I employ. And I really don't think it's a
ludicrous assumption that a Ubuntu user who uses an Exchange server has
a Windows box.
