exchange calendar sync with google calendar

Um, this is a Ubuntu list, why would anyone here corrupt his computer with 
windoze?  I'm sure the OP would be looking for a Ubuntu solution rather than 
a step back into the darkside.  However, one thing I DON'T do is put my 
calendar out on the web so I don't know how one would do this in Ubuntu 
either, ...and don't really want to!
