This is not correct.  In the Setup you described, the second wireless
router should be connected to the switch via one of it's LAN ports, not
the WAN port.  That way, the wireless segment gets seamlessly bridged to
the wired network.  (It is imperative, however, that the DHCP server on
this wirless router be turned off before connecting it to your network,
and it's IP address must not conflict with the first router.)  This is a
bit of extra work, but you really don't want to NAT within a NAT.
(unless, of course, that's exactly what you do want, but I've only ever
done that once.)
