Hi,
What steps have you taken to try to install flash player? Typically
you'll get better, more precise replies when you provide all the steps
you've taken to find the answer or what you've done already to rectify
the issue.
You might try going to Terminal and typing:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
if that fails, typically you've installed adobe-flashplugin first, which
should be removed before trying to install flashplugin-nonfree. That is
done by typing (again, in terminal)
apt-get remove abobe-flashplugin
