TV card

Hi all,
I am looking at a "TV card"
Something that allow me to watch TV from my computer and not from
my TV.

We dont use TNT here, and only PAL/SECAM (not NTSC)

Which one is recommended?

A second hand one from Ebay would suit me....
But a brand new one too...

I am using xUbuntu 9.04 and plan to use furure versions of xUbuntu.
It would be good if that card could be managed trhough a GTK frontend
(not an Qt one).
