High CPU Idle level

Cpu(s):  2.7%us,  5.1%sy,  0.0%ni, 92.2%id,

This is directly from my TOP, running in a terminal. as you can see...
the idle is high... and the idle is high because my CPU isn't in use.
I'm fairly certian that it was indeed like that before, and you may have
simply not noticed. remember, %id is just telling you how much processor
time you have free... not how much is being used for something. 

Really, it's normal :)
