Please stop hijacking threads. The OP legitimately gathered a Linux
community (the Ubuntu list) together to help show a company that there
are in fact Linux users out there and ignoring them is not good
business. Whether the company in question was in need of a wake-up
call or not is irrelevant, we as a community need to do this for many
other companies as well (Lexmark, Logitech, MSI, Adobe, and many
websites for instance) and I would like to see the practice continue.

Love or hate Facebook, the Ubuntu community in particular and Linux
communities in general need to stick together and support each other.
That is quite the purpose of this list, mind you.
