Bluetooth Connection

Hello,
I have just posted this message but from a different address. I hope my mistake don't cause disturbs to anyone.
My name is Guido and I'm 27. I hope I'm not OT. I have problems connecting my ubuntu 9.04 via bluetooth with my mobile nokia e51 vodafone.
In fact if I write in konsole
# hcitool scan
# scanning...
# inquiry failed
# device or resource busy
Even if I write being root. If instead of scan  I write inq noting happens. Probably, a friend tell me, it is because there is an old connection with my older mobile infact  I cannot send files from my mobile to my computer but just from my computer to my  phone.
It's quite strange because it didn't happens with fedora or mandrake. Thanks a lot.
