Fetchmail - connection to localhost: smpt failed: Connection refused

No inet_protocols in there, which means it's on it's default value: ipv4.
So what I said previously still stands.
Maybe it's the easiest to tell fetchmail explicitly where to forward the
messages by using --smtphost 127.0.0.1 or by setting the corresponding
keyword in the config file.
