how to add driver into ubuntu disk

hi,all
   The customer gave me a ubuntu server 8.04 and said this distribution cd
 not include igb(ethernet) driver.they would not like to upgrade the system
or import driver from floppy while installing system.so,my question is how
can I rebuild distribution cd with igb driver(I got the source code).thanks.
