Firefox addons

My Hardy with Firefox doesn't have a link "see all recommended addons" there.

Clicking "tools" then "add-ons" instantly brings up the add-ons page, then If 
I click the "Get add-ons" icon it brings up what add-ons are installed.  
Clicking on the "browse all add-ons" link takes less than a second to display 
the page with "recommended add-ons" highlighted.  Are you sure you are not 
running the obsolete version 2 Firefox?   Mine certainly is not slow!!
