Hi all
I just installed ubuntu server-9.04-i386 on a Dell cluster node (blade) 64
bit
cpu is Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5530 @ 2.40GHz
I can not reboot it
error message is:
[2.7751971]: 8042.c No controller found
Gave up waiting for root device.
But if I just install ubunt 9.04-desktop-i386 version ,everything is ok! if
I try to update to linux-server pkg.
I also got the problem (can not reboot into system)
In my opinion : ubuntu server do not support the device on Dell cluster
.right?
Is there anything I can do to fix this problem.
As Ubuntu said it is supporting on cloud computing right, So I thing It
could be installed on cluster .
pls Give me some tips
Thanks with my best regard.
Simon
