The individual posts belong to the original author.  As a minimum
you must acknowledge this and give them credit.  No different than
a bibliography and citation list in a book or university paper.

A collection that edits, organizes, indexes and clearly adds value is a work
that need not be free.  As long as you understand what plagiarism is
and do not plagiarize the list you are likely OK.

If you make money from the collected work of something like Ubuntu
it behooves you to give back in fair measure some value to the project.
