9.10 UNR with AT&T 3G (was: PROBLEM SOLVED (was: THIS SUCKS! 3G problems))

Art, everyone. Please see two links below... I'm still sorta new, so I'm a little lost. I'd REALLY like to be able to get 3G without having to boot XP 1st.
