I don't believe so.  If you were needing a talking installer, and you
need a server install, you could always just install a regular desktop,
then install your server apps on top of it.

I don't know what specifically you are trying to do with your server, so
I cant be any more specific than that, but I do believe that would be
one possible way to get what you're looking for.
