I believe Tally provide a remote use mechanism, you might consider
asking them about that. The remote use mechanism allows users to access
a central Tally system and view/update accounting information. They do
need a copy of Tally on each machine, but the free licences are OK for
this purpose, apparently.

Your best bet is probably to contact Tally and ask them how you should
do it.
