Ubuntu multiple session

Dear all

Please tell me ,
I want to install an application on a machine which have ubuntu 9.0.....
and my 12 client machine want to access this main machine and work on an
application (Tally) this is installed only on mail machine .

please tell me how to connect client machine with main machine to access
application
how to create multiple session for each user (client) .
please please it urgent reply me dear ASAP
