The short answer is no.

The slightly longer answer is no, as long as you aren't sharing files
between the two.  If you have a shared directory that is mounted by
the virtual machine, that is also visible to the non virtual copy of
Windows, then you might wind up transferring viruses between the two,
if those shared files get infected.
