Need help updating Java

Synaptic wants to upgrade my Java 6 documentation, but wants me to download
a specific file first.
I'm having trouble locating it on http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/

The indicated file is not the most recent version, which makes things
complicated.

Synaptic wants
jdk-6u10-docs.zip  (or the Japanese version)

How do I find it?
